Ombudsman is
defined as "one who investigates reported complaints, reports
finding, and helps to achieve equitable settlements". In brief,
the Ombudsman works to mediate (find solutions) to disputes.
The Ombudsman
is an investigator, who asks questions and finds answers to conflicts
and situations within or related to the college, students, and staff.
The Ombudsman is a tool used to resolve situations. The Ombudsman
has been provided to help our distance learning aviation students
through their unique educational experience.
