After you request registration for your courses over the phone, it will take 2-3 business days for processing. Once processed, you should pay your tuition. Follow the instructions below for your payment method. We recommend paying by credit or debit card in order to expedite the payment process. You will not receive access to your online courses until we receive verification of your tuition payment.

Credit Card/Debit Card
You can pay by credit card by going to the UVSC main website. Follow the instructions below.

1. Go to UVSC’s main website: www.uvsc.edu
   
2. Click “OnAccess”
3. Click “Sign In”
4. Portal User Name = Number 1 followed by the first 3 letters of your first name followed by the first 8 letters of your last name. (Example: John Doe = 1johdoe)

Password = 6 digit birth date (mmddyy)

*This username is valid only on www.uvsc.edu. You cannot use it to access your online courses.


5. Click the arrow next to the On Access tab and select “Tuition Payment”.
6. This shows you the total tuition balance and fees that you owe.
7. Fill out the payment form at the bottom and submit it. Make sure the payment goes through.

Check

•    Make check payable to Utah Valley State College
•    Include the student’s Social Security number and note what payment is for.


•    Mail check to:

Financial Aid
If you are receiving financial aid for your tuition, you will not receive access to your courses until we receive verification of your tuition payment. It is important that you complete the application process for financial aid by the priority deadlines. These can be found by clicking the Financial Aid tab above. If you do not meet the first priority deadline for the semester, you may not have access to your courses by the beginning of the semester.

If you want to ensure that you have access at the beginning of the semester, you may want to consider paying your tuition and fees by credit card or check and having financial aid reimburse you. If you choose to wait for your financial aid check to arrive, you still need to pay the one-time $30 application fee right away.
