The Global Aviation Degree Center will be closed from Dec. 23rd through Jan. 1st for the holidays. No telephone support, online chat services, or email response will be available during that time. We will re-open on Monday, Jan. 2nd.
Occasionally,
students may need to make adjustments to their schedule after registering
for courses. In order to add or drop courses, you will need to send
an email to the Global Aviation Registration Department. Please
include your full name, UVID number, and the course(s) you wish
to add or drop. Adding or dropping a course will not be processed
over the phone. We must receive it in writing through email.
For Fall and
Spring Semesters, if a student officially withdraws from a semester
class during the first three weeks of the semester, no grade entry
will appear on the permanent record. For Summer term, and block
classes, no grade entry will appear on the permanent record of students
who officially withdraw from classes through the 100% tuition refund
date.
For Fall and
Spring Semesters, if a student officially withdraws after the third
week, but prior to the last day to drop classes, the withdrawal
will appear on the permanent record as a W. For Summer
Terms and block classes, if a student officially withdraws after
the 100% tuition refund date, but prior to the last day to drop
classes, the withdrawal will appear on the permanent record as a
W.
Students are
typically not allowed to withdraw from a course after a certain
date, which is listed on http://www.uvscaviation.com/_gen/dates_important.php
. In certain situations, a student may petition for an exception
to this policy. In order to do so, the student must print out the
form below, fill out the necessary fields, then fax it to the Global
Aviation Registration Department at
